The Souderton Area Soccer All Stars program is an opportunity for intramural players who want to continue developing their skills and experience additional soccer beyond the regular intramural season. All Stars are players who have demonstrated strong skills, a commitment to the game, and the desire to continue growing as players.
The program provides an opportunity for players to challenge themselves, build confidence, and experience a different level of play. It can also be a great steppingstone for players who may be interested in pursuing Travel Soccer in the future.
How the All-Stars Program Works
All Stars teams are formed through our intramural coaching staff. Each season, intramural team coaches will be asked if they are interested in pursuing an All-Stars team for their age group.
Coaches who choose to participate will identify and reach out to players within their respective age group who they feel may be a good fit for the program. Participation is not automatic or guaranteed for every player, as All Stars is intended for players who are looking for additional opportunities to develop and play beyond the intramural season.
Players and families who are invited to participate will receive additional information directly from the coach regarding the team, expectations, practices, and tournament opportunities.
General Information
When Do All Stars Begin?
All Stars practices begin after the intramural season ends, allowing players to continue their soccer development and keep playing as the season transitions.
Practice days, times, and locations will vary by team and will be based on the availability of the coach, field space, and other team considerations. Coaches will communicate practice schedules directly with their players and families.
Tournament Opportunities
All Stars teams may participate in local weekend tournaments, providing players with the opportunity to experience a more competitive game environment while representing Souderton Area Soccer.
Tournament participation will vary by team and age group. Coaches will determine which tournaments are the best fit for their team based on player availability, interest, and development.
Depending on the team and interest, there may also be opportunities to continue playing through winter indoor soccer and/or additional spring opportunities.
